Our corrective training programming starts with a free consultation to analyze a client's movement patterns, identify overactive and underactive muscle groups and compensations that may be causing discomfort, impingements, or pain. A client specific program is built from the results of the consultation. This is a one-on-one program that will work on creating mobility, flexibility, and strength so you can hit your body goals and live pain-free.
